My association with Tata Consultancy Services as part of #affirmativeaction #YEP #TCSCSR since 1 Mar 2016 - 28 Dec 2022 was wonderful! It was an excellent opportunity to be part of the
Tata Group that has stood for society as the center and purpose of any business engagement. I am proud to have given my helping hands to expand the #employability program of #TCSCSR. My thanks to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Tata Group.
During the course of six years and 10 months, I have met many amazing people, interacted with them professionally and personally, and have seen the touch of elegance, the quality of work they put in, and helped me thrive and excel in a very complex, ambiguous and difficult circumstances at times. I was glad that I could bring in focus on empathy, reach, impact while touching the thousands annually, and hundreds of thousands indirectly. From the corners of tea gardens in West Bengal along the Bhutan border to hard-to-execute regions of Malkangiri or Dantewada, or the villages in Manipur or Maharashtra, from Kanyakumari to Kashmir - it was all a teamwork that got executed to perfection along with my colleagues. I am proud of them.
